I finally got around to cleaning my bike after La Ruta. Mud and salt every where. My bottom bracket was toast. I was even using some ceramic bearings. Complete rebuild on every bearing. Took me all day.

amazingly my bb and rear hub bearings are alright. front hub required major rebuild though. probably had something to do with the fact that you rode alot more than i did.... walking is good for bearings. that's why i do it so much. yep
