Few pictures from yesterdays ride. We did a hill grunt up Coal Canyon. This was the first time I've ridden this trail and it was just what the doctor order, hill climb. Good for shedding pounds and building up the legs and heart.

Training

So feels good to get back into some kind of routine again. Lost about 3 pounds to date and my legs are coming back. I've found a couple of races that I want to do this year and added them to the side bar. I'm also looking at doing a 'cross race on Sept 21st.

On a side note I've started a Flickr Page and I'm going to start adding photos to it. Just one there now.
