Training

So feels good to get back into some kind of routine again. Lost about 3 pounds to date and my legs are coming back. I've found a couple of races that I want to do this year and added them to the side bar. I'm also looking at doing a 'cross race on Sept 21st.

On a side note I've started a Flickr Page and I'm going to start adding photos to it. Just one there now.
